After modifying some car with the gameshark, I finally discovered this inquietant kind of suspensions...
There were Hydraulics in Gran Turismo 2? I never heard of them... but it's true.

And how is it done? Can it be done with any car? Which version of the game you used?

@rodsk8dude this is done by editing certain addresses of the PSX emulated memory through a hex editor or, like in my case, a cheat program (pec) on Epsxe emulator (pc). Basically, is a normal hybrid (a game which you change parts to in a non-orthodox way) with the suspension part replaced by a random code. It can be virtually done to any of the cars the game contains, though I never tried to; the version of the game I use is PAL.
