I like the idea of doing magic and such, but do all Theistic Satanists make an altar and do their rituals with it? Me personally, I'm not sure if I would be able to get all the materials you have.

@KevZen2000 - Who said I hated other religions? You base your assumptions upon my observation in similarities of human behavior? Hmm... perhaps I should not have said "Christian" as it triggers the contrast with "Satanism." Either way, if your "magick" wasn't effective, there was something you did wrong. I'm not here to prove anything to you. When it comes to these things, it's a matter of proving it to yourself. I can provide certain exercises if you're interested for you to just try. *shrug*

@GeorgeDeadson our targets. So the satanist is not required to practice magic. But if they want to, they are more than welcome to try it and see if they get any results. Of course results may vary. I have had sucess with it, it works for me and thats all I care about. If it works for me fine. If it doesnt work for you, thats alright.

@KevZen2000 Magic doesn't really work like that. Not all satanists use magic but it kind of works as an emotional release. We have something called intellectual decompression, its what we do when we stop trying to rationalize and stop thinking and we go into a room lit by candles and we yell and scream and stick pins into dolls and release any emotions that may be hindering us from enjoying our lives. Now say we do a ritual for destruction when someone has gone out of their way to do wrong to us

@KevZen2000 Most of us really don't give a flying shit what people think of our practice. Witches are not out to "prove" our spiritual practices are valid. We do what we do, and sometimes do it for others if they need it.
