@Rena1934 Why doesn't anyone mention the rest of the family? I am amazed at the class that her siblings show in regards to the press that Selena received during and after life.
The whole family reeks of class and talent. I love them all.
Are the rest of the family still performing? After all of the years that they were on the road I'd be surprised if the were.

@ekocentric she was from Mexico and from what I have read she did not have a very strong accent in real life, just a very slight one :)

She was really pretty.and I loved this song..she had a terrible death and she didn't dserved that..
The old times were pretty hard to women, especially the pregnat ones cuz was everything about honor and that stuff
-
@RetroArcaicoRex Where was Lupe from originally? And did she really speak with an accent? Because few people in the olden days were type cast and had to pretend to have an accent.

Was the blonde at the piano comedic actress Thelma Todd?

When I helped you out with the words to this a while back there were some I was unclear about. I know them now -- here are the correct words to that part:
"My lips, my arms are yours
As long as life endures."
