@IFILMNNJ not modded. I highly discourage any modding of the fce9. Its not worth it at all. Just make a fake vig overlay in post if you don't like soft vig.

This was all dvc30 and nikon fce9 fisheye footage with an external mic.

Hey, what Azden mic did you use for this? ECZ-990? SGM-x? , SMX-10? I got a mic, but this sounds a lot better than mine so I might order what you got.
