NOTE : Depending on your state in the main story, the name of the man you talk to for the house may be "Proventus Avenicci" instead of "Brill".

NOTE : If there's no option to decorate your home at the steward, open your inventory, go to books and find the decorating book. Read that and then try again.

Guys, if you kill all the owners of a house in Skyrim and than decide to make that house your house, will the stuff you put in the chests of the occupied house remains there for you the whole time?
