The book was pandering to advice women give each other; especially the kind of advice that keeps them alone.
Steve lays down some real FATHERLY game on his radio show, but this book was devoid of conventional "street wisdom"...Tyler Perry could've written this in his sleep.
@Marcdaddy33 I too perused the book at Walmart and kept saying NO, NO, NO! had to put it back in it's proper place.
It's nothing you would teach your daughter(s)

Great advice! You're right...the advice in Steve's book is not revolutionary, and it's surprising that there is still an audience for it. but alas there is. There's something about the male/female relationship dynamic that will continue to make books like his a "hit".
