@tastlesshat: If you mean the skittles, they do have a lift hill in the beginning. As for the smaller hills, the force carries the tube up.

This is a great pool complex. The only fault I can find is that some of the slides go up without aqua blasters or lift hills. It probably wouldn't happen in real life!
