Just run paper plates from the dealer on your car. Of course this doesn't work for old POS beaters but I don't drive one of Those. I've never had any problems with them and if I do get pulled over, I simply tell the officer that I never recieved any plates in the mail.

Well the guys speeding in most high end sports cars have run flat tires anyway so they don't have to worry about that. (including me)
