I've done plenty of research on the drive phase, and I'm still trying to improve myself, but I think a couple of things can be fixed on her posture. She gets up too early (after the second stride) and her contact point is a bit ahead of the hips. If she made foot contact a bit behind the hips, she would be down longer and she'd cover more distance between strides (and not look so 'bouncy')

This has to be the best acceleration mechanics talk ever. The best part is you tell people exactly how to train/cue athletes to perform the proper mechanics instead of just stating what they are as 99% of the world does. Love it! Nice work.
