I bought one of these coaters during the cyber monday sale. But my end caps dont stay on at all. They had to be glued.
Other than that it was a killer deal. 50% off. Now I wish I would have bought an extra.

@erk7xl Are you sure you got the newer version? The end caps should stay on without glue. If they didn’t give Ryonet a call and ask them to send 2 new end caps. Mine stay on great without any adhesives. Yea, that 50% off was a great deal. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠

Ok i have a question. I know about coating the front and back of the screens but what about double coating them like you let them dry and then put another layer on. Have you ever done this and does it help? I know that they do it in industry but didnt know if it was done for textile printing. What are your thoughts on this?
mahousel 3 months ago
@mahousel It can be done and it may help with coverage but the thickness of the emulsion layer would have to be significantly thicker in textile printing to make a visible difference. For industrial and technical screen printing where micrometers of inks are specific and important to the products functionality, this method may be more useful. Only in specialty ink situations we may use a very thick stencil for textiles. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠
