You may not be aware at times when God is speaking to you. We need to listen and watch because He is present to speak to believers.

The Holy Spirit will inspire you to and lead you to say things and it will be something you will want to sincerely do. No he will not force you but his wonderful gift you will want to share the good thing.

How or why so?

@EgyptianBestScenes It is simple. Have you repented? Do you believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins and rose again? Do you believe that Jesus Christ is God, and the ONLY way to the Father?

@SarahSLH What makes you so sure ? ur talking as if it's very simple , I prayed many times for his help ..Holy Spirit , Faith , Love , Help with reading etc .. But I feel that I got nothing , I was praying with faith I believe that he is listening and I believe that he can do it but what I dont believe is that he's going to do it for me !!

I need ur reply on that fast plz ..

@EgyptianBestScenes When you have done this read your Bible with an open and humble heart. Start at the gospels and get to know Jesus Christ, what he is like etc. You also need to find a born again church or fellowship and start going regularly. God is there for you, and if you are willing to turn from your old life and begin a new one with Jesus as Lord, pray that prayer. invite Him in and ask him to take over.

This happens when a person repents of their sin, believes Jesus (the second Person of the Trinity) died for theirs sins and rose again, and asks Jesus Christ to come into their life as their Personal Lord and Saviour. If you do those things genuinely then you will be born again. If you need faith to believe then ask God for it.
