You're totally right.
We should withdraw all help from all nations and focus on our own country. The US will still be criticized, because let's face it, no matter what we do, they'll always be a dumbass saying it's wrong.
Protect our own borders and help our own citizens. That's what we should be focusing on.
If people want to kill their own populations and suffer, they can go ahead and do so.

if by fixing world problems u mean build milteary baces then yes the Us dose ,, like the vetmaln problem and the nicaragun problem and the problems in south Americe , the us has caused more harm in the worls than any othere nation ,
and yes if up the usa lead by exampel , don't follow with a gun at everone back ,,,

If there is a plague it will occur in the US. Our open borders make us an easy target. The Japs were going to do it (super plague) during WWII but changed their minds at the last minute and targeted Pearl Harbor instead. The arabs were the original "plague" terrorists. Who knows the who, when or where. Let's hope it never happens.

Rumors tell of the next nightmare in the Ukraine. Rumors of a "viral pneumonic plague" This would be nasty. 95% death rate after 3 days... Then again... After a week of quarantine it could be over.

I'm not afraid of death really. I am more ashamed of allowing all those millions of deaths in the name of freedom to be in vain

There are many who are "awake" and will come to your nation's aid. Well... I hope so! Would be a mess if all the deaths of historic battles were to be done in vain. Then new deaths would be required to gain US-sovereignty again... This of course would be a pity. Well... Time will tell on which side fate will be. We all have a united power. We only forget this all too easy...
