i did notice all the parasites come out the wood work when the sale went to 90% OFF it was still dear with 90% off nothing was ever cheap out of woolworths if it was it was out of stock. good ridance.
Any retailer will find it hard to compete with online ordering. Online retailers have very few overheads compared to high street stores (Rent, salaries etc) so the high street stores can't compete.
To be honest I was surprised Woolies didn't go down 5 years ago. Everything sold there was grossly overpriced and they did absolutely nothing to modernize with the changing environment.
I actually visited today and they were actually had TV dvd's for £30 in a closing down sale!
I fear this is how all media retailers will go down sooner or later. If they keep charging extortionate prices, there's no chance they'll keep up with the web.
