  • dats sum stuff my sis does in ballet

  • @MurphyDinklage Maybe that's why your sister is stronger than you

  • those exercises look amazing, i have tried some similar ones, but look forward trying these. can you please suggest an amount of repititions for each exercise or should i do it exactly as in the video? thanks for the vid!

  • We typically do them for 20-30m of distance....usually something like 2 x 10m or 2 x 15m with a short rest in between the 10m / 15m 'reps'.

  • @HPCsport wow!

  • where did you come up with this idea as fascia stretches?

  • How does this lengthen and strengthen fascial anatomy trains? Can you clarify? =)

  • What after doing them drills where could you expect to see gains in flexiblity ?

  • I've never heard of anyone doing it quite that frequently but if it doesn't aggravate anything then I don't see why not.

  • 10-20x a year only? how bout if we do this 3-4x a week?
