@Ajtherulerlol No custom content but it does have store items. This house has a lot of EA store items.

@Ajtherulerlol No, custom content is made by people not working for EA. The items I used are from the EA store. You have to buy the EA items otherwise they will be replaced when you download the home. So you can use it without having them all but it won't look exactly the same. I try not to use this many in most of my homes but this one does have a lot. I like to use the items I get gifted :)

@SimEve1 Okay good. Because in CC people can put like viruses and stuff and once you download it, it can harm your PC..ect ect..And I really like this house so I just asked to make sure, because I won't download anything with custom content.
