I think his voice was having a bit of an off day here, at least in the upper registers. When some of the instrumentation drops out around 2.10, he goes really off-pitch.

@Derwintersdorfer In my opinion this (incest, 2 brothers) is not the only interpretation. I have always seen this song as a metapher for masturbation and related imagination. The "little brother" would be the penis. - In my opinion this idea could also fit the entire song. And I am also a native speaker of German. -But maybe you are right. But I have to say, that I would like the more methaporic interpretion much more, because this would seem more intelligent and your version only "provocating"
