@Zagerou I think he means that Ulquiorra is the 4th Espada, and Aizen is stronger than all the espada, even Yammy's release mode, which is apparently stronger than even Ulquiorra's second release. Even so, Ulquiorra's sealed form was able to slaughter Aizen in this video, even though we see an obvious difference between Ulquiorra's first release and Harribel's release, let alone Baraggan and Starkk.
