Originally there were only 3 intended CnC games: Tiberian Dawn, Tiberian Sun, and Tiberian Twilight (the three stages of a full day length), but Westwood studios was sold before the original CnC3 was supposed to come out. EA completely changed the storyline when they created CnC3, as we were never really supposed to know what the Scrin were. Their overall mystery was far more appealing than what they became. I Sad.

C'mon, guys, what's the big deal? Tiberium is the name given to the alien substance according to the Tiber river in Italy, close to the location where Tiberium was found first in 1995. Tiberian is an adjective relating to Tiberium (as in Texxan is an adjective for something relating to Texas).
