Do you ever do this with the legs spread wide?
Back when I practiced Judo, this, with the legs spread wide, was called a Judo Pushup.

@Makron5 Sounds like acidic crystals in the joints. You need to cleanse on alkaline juices to flush the body. I was free of all joint pain after a 21 day green juice cleanse.
