  • To import from a backup Outlook data file, run Outlook, select "File > Open > Outlook Data File..." and select your backup data file. The backup file will now appear in the Folder List (if list not visible, select: View > Folder List). Click the + to open the folders in the backup. To import, click and drag items or entire folders from the backup to the working Outlook data file ("Personal Folders").
