Reid "Taxation Is Voluntary"

Jan Helfeld interviews Senator Harry Reid about
redistributive taxes. Reid maintains redistributive taxes are not a problem because people are not forced to pay taxes. He says taxation is voluntary???. How and why does Harry Reid get into this bind and make such a preposterous statement?

Taxes are voluntary ?? Since when?? I spent 3 years and three months in a federal prison camp because I wouldn't pay the IRS a tax on investment capital.

Good vid. I've been living in America for 22 years and I have not ONCE volunteered to pay my taxes. I only do it because I know the Government would love another private prison bunk occupant and would not hesitate to persecute it's citizens. I also happen to know some Obama phone owners. Not a pretty story, and it isn't their fault they are dependent on the system.
