YES! I WAS WAITING FOR STONE TO SPEAK ABOUT DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY! GREAT GREAT GREAT! There is something beautiful about film, something that touches you, something organic, not some cold circuit compressing your beautiful work to bits.... HE'S RIGHT AGAIN.

It is way too short a segment to not be frustrating. Oliver Stone has a lot to say about the craft of cinema and we'd like to hear him and Mark Kermode is a great interviewer... Why didn't you post a long segment?

@hivernales i hate that you compare oliver stones work to shakespear. Shakespear is so overrated and his work isnt even that amazing. Just because its played the most doesnt make it the best.

@garnergirl: He's not that great. I like Wall Street and Nixon but in stuff like Platoon and JFK he just lectures the whole time, it's really irritating. Seems like a nice enough guy though
