Thomas' primary influence is Ginni: Scalia, who accompanied him on a recent, publicized visit to a Koch brothers event, has stated that Thomas believes that the entire New Deal was/is unconstitutional. With defenders of the Constitution a la Christine O'Donnell, our republic stands in danger of acquiring a new monicker, except that we don't produce bananas!
