  • When I loose weight or when I try to loose weight, its to make me feel better about my self... I use to be 99lbs when I started dating my husband...Just had my second baby and today I weigh 159lbs I am not happy with my self at all!

    I'm losing weight because I don't feel like a fat person. When I look in the mirror I see a fat person smothering a healthy person who should be in the prime of her life (I'm 23).

  • Hey Pete, first time viewer here. Hats off to you for documenting your journey, very real and I'm sure a ton of us (no pun intended) out here can relate. :) Of the handful of videos I clicked on, majority of the workouts you did were on the treadmill. I've been there, done that and constantly found myself bored or just unmotivated...then I stumbled upon Crossfit (while you're here, youtube it :)). As someone who has always struggled not only with my weight, but more importantly my motivation...

  • good job man on losing weight but if you want to make yourself feel better about your weight you should weight in maybe once every 5-7 days

  • New Viewer Probably not going to stay tuned daily but will check you out in say 2 weeks if your still going. I applaud what you are doing with the first actual day by day in an organized way video dairy on youtube. Keep up the good work. Question for you what is your ultimate goal at the end of the weight loss? Do you feel it will mentally change who you are at the end? Just food for thought.

  • Good progress so far. You might want to consider introducing a HIIT program into your cardio and conditioning instead of hours on a treadmill.
