Why are you running Photoshop in Windows on an iMac? In my experience, the Mac version has always performed better.

I use Windows just for demos because Mac people are used to converting the shortcuts etc. Windows users find it harder to adapt from mac screen recording. So really I do it so I can make the videos usable by most people

I have a Nvidia Fermi, an i7 overclocked to 4.1ghz, watercooling, and 16gb of ram, running 64bit.

Your mac doesn't even come close.

when I click create, why does it say " The command Repousse from text layer is not currently avilable." ?

All you need to do to get the 3D tab is open CS5 in C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5.... NOT I REPEAT N-O-T C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit).. That's it. If your graphics card wont handle it then you wont be able to use it but that's how you get the 3D tab.... Now go find the exe and enjoy!
