Stanford business professor Tina Seelig describes the ideal 21st century employee as a "T-shaped" worker - one who combines deep knowledge specialty with the versatility and able learning to be conversant across an organization. So how as educators do we give our students an opportunity to try on the "many hats" worn by entrepreneurs while at the same time granting them responsibility for contributing a single area of expertise to their team's efforts? This workshop will present a successful method developed in the Connecticut Career Choices (CCC) E-Commerce Entrepreneurship course through examples of individual and group work from high school students from across Connecticut. Come discover how a blended learning environment in Moodle uses challenge-based, project-based learning to enforce individual student accountability.
