partly a budget thing, and also the mongoose fireball although cheap is incredibly strong i didn't manage to break it in the time i was riding it

nope definately sas rims you could get the writing in black, my light grey, white or very rare and special edition gold on all the sas rims, the rims for sas and combat are nearly identical except the inner folding and width of the rims
