I believe its way over due for black reparations, for example Germany is still giving reparations for Jews to this day because of the holocaust etc, the German economy is still strong it hasent affected it. one idea that comes to mind is maybe to put a tax ( voluntary?) on popular music, after all it was black people who created it. just an idea, btw im white. if it matters.
