El Burpee es uno de los mejores ejericios que puedes hacer si estas corto de tiempo. Trabaja los brazos, el abdomen, las piernas, y el corazon. Osea, practicamente todo el cuerpo.

Aqui les demuestro el burpee basico para los que estan empezando.
