To practise the "t" sound, imaging saying words like stick but chopping off the s.
Most Spanish speakers, when we pronounce the t sound, let the very tip of our tongue touch our teeth. Practice saying words with t sounds pronounced in this way.

Can you explain more about not letting air in for the Spanish 't', please? 't' is the hardest for me. Gracias!
