First time doing Good Mornings with JumpStretch Light Bands! Man, doing this exercise with bands is a whole 'notha beast. 1-2 days following my leg workout, my hamstrings are DESTROYED! I'm definitely liking the bands on squats, bench, and good mornings. I will also start doing them on deadlifts. I think I will need to get stronger bands as well (perhaps the JumpStretch Average bands).

Anyway, in the past, I have always done my Good Mornings to parallel, but today, I decided to try doing my good mornings differently. In the power rack, I set the pins so they are a notch below my belly-button level. If I remember correctly, Louie Simmons labels Good Mornings as "chaos" training. It simulates the movement during squats and also strengthens the PC (Posterior Chain). I will to good mornings with bands from here on out. Also, since this was the first tine doing good mornings at this "depth" with bands, if you have any advice, I'm all ears.
