What a lovely song Tuks, just what I needed before laying me head down after a long day at the flea market. I believe I've heard Celtic Thunder do this song as well. We're in for a little rain, so I may just hibernate through it with Noy, Spike and Bowie. Sabaii and much peace! Mark

I don't see it as so sad as others claim, it's a beautiful lyrical compliment to a father of which this soul was fortunate to have in his life and it obviously nourished his talents for the arts. A wonderful tribute to his dad! Thank you for sharing this lovely lovely song Tuks. Mark

It's one of those songs that bring out very different emotions in people.Memories, reflective thoughts,and the unique bond between father and son.
It is also sad:his not having had the chance to say thanks to his father.
