Screwdriver then. It won't come loose so long as the steering is locked.

Uhh.. there's no where to put a screwdriver? lol..
I got it off, I just needed to loosen the steering column nut alllll the way to the top.

Not sure if you have already solved this problem but, try turning the key out of the steer lock position.

I'm taking the ignition out to get a new one made.
