Now people are bringing up the video showing Josie Harris getting carried out on stretcher. I'm not trying to be an ass-whole here but three things puzzle me about that. She gets carried out on a stretcher but there were no scars bumps or bruises? Allegedly the police report said that there were minor injuries but they don't specify what the injuries were. And lastly if the injuries were supposedly only minor then why the need for a stretcher? I would love to see a copy of the police report.

Timeout: I love your vids, but it's not "beyond a SHADOW of a doubt" because there's no absolute assurance of anything. It's "beyond a REASONABLE doubt" to convict. I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you about the plea, but I just wanted to point that out, all due respect. As far as my opinion, I don't know. I believe the courts didn't have enough evidence/good quality evidence to convict, and then his ex recanted. So I don't know, but whatever the case, I still want to see him fight after.

@Defnyshn I believe that there is always doubt before the evidence is presented but the evidence is supposed to remove that doubt. So if someone says after hearing and seeing all the evidence that I'm not sure if he's guilty or not then that is not beyond reasonable doubt and that person should not claim that the defendant is guilty.

Is it a surprise he has been charged with assault? Like his uncle and his father!! This is not the 1st time that he has been charged with assault, look at the current charge as well. I dont see why everyone is jumping on this, he's in for 3 months! This is not a tyson or kobe type case!! Yea he should get off cause he's got cash!!

@NaptownBorn It's your opinion, i know. But still, JOSIE HARRIS LIED TO COPS FOR 2 YEARS from 03 to 05. There is no "OR" she admitted to cops she lied about Floyd punching and kicking her many ears ago, without pictures. This is a common fact.

I think what's happened is you misunderstood the quote, I wasn't asking in a literal sense because there is no way to know if she really lied before or just retracted her statement because she was afraid. You don't know, so c'mon bro to you. ;)
