Download the diagram and follow along with the video! This video gives step by step instructions for how to fold and assemble Yami Yamauchi's Fireworks. This modular unit uses 12 sheets of paper. After it's completed, this sturdy model can be rotated to reveal a kaleidoscope of colors! Level: Intermediate.

Diagram available at the marigami.com website.

  • where u get the paper

  • @CrazyMrBanana Craft stores like Michael's and AC Moore

  • are the colors you put in the color side up pile the colors youll see?????

  • @sellenagirl Yes. If using kami paper (color on one side and white on the other), half are folded color side up, the other half are folded white side up. That way when the model is assembled, the color side (from both piles) will be what shows. Don't forget you can download a diagram for this model at my Marigami website.
