2010 Summer Field Day.mpg

Members of the Eastern and Mountain District Amateur Radio Club headed off to Mclaughlans Lookout for the WIA 2010 Summer Field Day QF22CM. Operating as VK3ER they activated the 6 and 2m bands also the 1.2, 2.4, 3 and 5GHZ Bands. Weather was much better that the previous event in in November and there were quite a few contacts to be had. that rotator must have been sitting in a pool of water. After the Spring Field Day it was packed away and left under cover until the Summer Field day. I must pull my rotator apart and give it a service as well.
