Two months after the an earthquake killed more than 220,000 people in Haiti, many international doctors are heading home.

Medical care is increasingly left in the hands of Haitian doctors and nurses.

Many of them have not been paid for weeks, and they are struggling to replace the medical professionals who were killed in the quake.

Al Jazeera's Steve Chao reports from the capital, Port-au-Prince.
