I wasn't missing the point. I would argue that anecdotal points regarding sexist hypocrisy can be made against any party, Liberals included, as they are certainly far from perfect. I will agree with you, though, the Liberals are certainly back to the drawing board, and likely will stay there for some time (I am personally sad to admit).

You're missing the point. You can't claim that the Liberals represent women's interests and have their voices be heard when your own veteran MP's make remarks to their women colleagues (the Government Senate Leader, no less) telling them to go back to "pouring tea."

But oh well, I'm not too concerned anymore, since Robert Thibault was voted out of office and Dion is on his way out as leader as well. Back to the drawing board for the Liberals, agreed?
