The ability to see through walls is no longer the stuff of science fiction. Thanks to new radar technology developed at MIT's Lincoln Laboratory a system has been built by researchers that can see through walls from some distance away, giving an instantaneous picture of the activity on the other side.

  • Would b lil easier if used high sound waves combined with thermal cameras can give better accurate pic of room n the ppl. In my opinion

  • @13hlupak The majority (99.4%) of the signal is reflected by the wall going in (and also coming back through the wall!), so the signal they have to pick up is 0.0025% of the signal that is transmitted. I would imagine that requires a lot of antennae to pick up!
