Tiller incited someone to kill him by being a murderer. When a depraved murderer continues to kill, and the authorities do nothing about it, then that creates an anger out of a sense of justice among the normal people such that they want the murderer dead.

Bill O'Reilly didn't execute Tiller the Serial Killer. Scott Roeder did, and Scott Roeder should be rewarded for saving the lives of countless innocent children from the hands of a sick, depraved lunatic like Killer Tiller who murdered fully-developed babies just to feed his hungry wallet. O'Reilly is guilty of craven disregard for Dr.Tillers safety for repeatedly calling him "Tiller the Killer" and labeling him a "Murderer let free" and creating an environment of raw hatred and violent rhetoric directed at him. A reasonable person would have been more circumspect about their rhetoric after the Tennessee church killings by an O'Reilly fan looking to kill "liberals".
