Hmmm... well while I just got done watching Takahata's, it still felt like I was watching something different. Kinda a different scenario "what if" thing. I enjoyed it! If other people say "your copying" well screw em. Your just taking a formula that works and making a new script. And considering anime.... that's not exactly uncommon these days so I don't know what they're whining about.
