This is very scary stuff. These people are dangerous. If they practiced any faith other than Christianity, there would be a huge outcry over their bizarre views. If they were Muslim, they would be denounced as terrorists.

The crusades never left, the just went under cover. There are sooooooo many lunatic fringe groups.

This sure sounds like separation of church and state to me. Don't these fundies know that if they elect a fundie theocracy that they become no different from any of their camel-riding, brown-skinned enemies on the other side of the planet? How dumb are they?
I love how these people can so brazenly say that "God spoke to so-and-so." How arrogant. What lies. How can they speak like this and sleep at night?

Sorry, no dice. The Constitution does not permit religion to be a litmus test for eligibility to hold public office. Patriots support this, dissenters and traitors do not.

Wow! What a powerful message! Satan is always looking for ways to prevent the Christians from doing something big for God. Spiritual Warfare is real and it is not to be play with. It is a serious thing. Satan have been a ruler of this world but one day the Lord God Amighty will strike him dead and throw him in the lake of fire. No more will Satan bother the people of God or go against God. Thanks for posting the video up!

Is this chick implying that liberals aren't Christians? I'm giving her the rasberry...ThbbbbBbBbbbbTttt! :P I'm liberal and Christian. Let me tell you, Christianity is the religion of endurance, and we will endure your kind. And when your angry fads have come and gone, we will still be here. There will be other wackos, but we will endure them too.

we need to pray for these so-called christians who are just paranoid bigots and modified nazis. They are truly ignorant and preach only lies and half-truths, which are the worst lies of all. If you want to pray for America and rectify the evils of American society, confess to the sins and crimes of America in Iraq, Afghanastan and Libya. Sarah Palin and her coderie are just power hungry and mad for money and the establishment of a Church that will eradicate all evil, like Spanish Inquisition...

it's not working - hit your faces some more. What about a Roman catholic governor, he'd be a Christian - or a Greek Orthodox mayor, he'd be a Christian too - or do you only mean your particular denomination?

@bruceewilson What an incredible testimony!

People praying to God to intercede on our behalf are now considered dangerous?
Wow...demonic spirits sure do get riled up when they see a man or woman of God stepping into his/her destiny! All of the horrendous attacks on the Palin family are incredibly bizarre....after all if you think she has no chance of political advancement, then why talk about her at all? ...I'll tell you why....because she is a major threat to the other side....and no doubt there will be angry responses to what I'm posting now. Like I said, demonic spirits get all riled up!!!

Do you think people who disagree with you are demons ?
Here's a blunt caution - people who carried out massacres in Guatemala during the 1980's, of Catholic peasants, thought they were fighting demons in human form.
You can read some soul-searing interviews about those massacres in James Waller's book "Becoming Evil."
Habits of mind are important. If you think you're fighting demon spirits here, you're not open to logic or reason. Or, for that matter, I'd suggest, human suffering.

@bruceewilson Yes, they do believe that people who don't think exactly as they do are possessed by demons. I suggest you read "The Call" and "The Final Quest" by Rick Joyner. Their leaders are master deceivers - one of the most dangerous organizations in the United States today. The Final Quest discusses how most everyone has been possessed by Satan's armies, including other Christians (especially Catholics). If Palin gets elected, prepare for genocide.

@bloomingdedalus - I have "The Final Quest", haven't gotten to "The Call" yet, but Joyner is merely one leader in the greater entity that Peter Wagner has dubbed "The New Apostolic Reformation" which - yes, I agree, - is eliminationist. Indeed, I've written a bit on that aspect.

@bruceewilson Eliminationist is a euphemism. I have not had the pleasure of gagging on Wagner's writings. You can be sure that the Apostolic Network includes Palin among others in the political arena, such as Huckabee and Gingrich. Religion is a convenient way to justify totalitarian ideology and hence prevent the general populace from engaging in moral questioning of political behavior - of Christianity - Neo-pentecostalism and the NAR seem of serious danger to the country and citizens.
bloomingdedalus 1 year ago
@bloomingdedalus Well, if the NAR gains political power... its leaders celebrate the destruction of native art and the writings of competing ideologies, both religious and secular. And they say non-believers will be driven from "the land." They mean business. When I use the term "eliminationist," I mean it in the sense that journalist David Niewert uses it (see recent book, "The Eliminationists". Not as a euphemism - quite the opposite.
