Another Phoenix classic news montage, KTVK NewsChannel 3 at 10pm. Before 3TV lost the ABC affiliation to KNXV in 1994, KTVK was a dominate ABC affiliate with the anchor team of Cameron Harper and Heidi Foglesong.

@rebafan19 Jim Howl is I think how this one is spelled. He would have been at KTVK well into the 1990s, also doing the Arizona Lottery drawings that they produced at the time.

KYMA might have aired the AZ Lottery drawings perhaps. I know KGUN did.

Thanks for the Christmas present of sorts! Got a date besides the year? We are still unsure when this theme started and know that the NMSA date is wrong. Prior to this the earliest sample we had from KTVK of this theme was Feb. 16, 1989.
