@CatFlashBlue This episode is kind of surreal, you cant think about it that literally. Don't you ever get flashes of false memories, when your in deep thought like on the bus or something, maybe your looking at a car and suddenly a story is formed in your mind in a matter of seconds? I like to think that the writers tried to portray what J.Ds mind was going through in that moment of sadness when he had to tell Ben he had leukemia.

a friend's brother recently passed away from leukemia. he was 16. i hadn't cried though, then of all the scrubs episodes i randomly clicked on, this one. ='(
