Partners for Change part 1 of 2

Partners for Change' documents the impact SAHE's Community Based Schools (CBSs) program has had in over 200 communities of rural Punjab over the past ten years. by Showcasing the stories of some extraordinary individuals who are part of the CBS program we highlight the challenges they face and daily battles they wage in order to further the cause of girls education. From the stories of the religious cleric to the exemplary school teacher to the girls themselves we have discovered that the desire for education is undeniable and given a program that is sensitive to local needs and imparts quality education the people themselves are the more powerful instigators of change.

SAHE gets huge aid from donors. it should build up proper schools with proper infrastructure and staff.

SAHE is well known organization. Its members manage to attend conferences abroad. conduct their own workshop. It has a luxury office in a posh area of lahore. Now just look at the pathetic situation of so called SAHE Schools. Not a single proper class room and few children sitting in one place. by which definition it is a school? SAHE website shows there are more than 200 schools. Are all schools of the same standard?
