  • Just came across this. Good work my man. If I may, I'd go lighter until you're technique grooves a bit more from working with the instructionals. Specifically with the Bail Hoist, Half Time Clock Squat (for these two lock those elbows out) and Standing Big Wheel. Just to ensure you stay healthy and avoid potential injury.

    Keep it up. Look forward to seeing more from ya down the road.
