@hnyoung Kathy knows alot of useful facts,actually,so I guess that does make her very smart.She knows alot about very important global& national issues, human rights issues& much more that I wouldn't have the space to list here. Britney hasn't demonstrated much intelligence. And right,I suppose its gay men only who make fun of Brit.I know MANY of hetero women who do.In fact,most gay men I know idolize Britney; they just also happen to have the ability to laugh at a funny joke.

@orangepeal22 um.... EVERYONE makes fun of Britney Spears.. even people and comedians WAYYYY richer and more famous than she is... so I guess they're all just jealous of her?? Get real, they do it because it's funny , and if anything, I would think Britney would have a sense of humour about herself and laugh at the jokes too (Kathy certainly has a sense of humour about herself) I would be more jealous of Kathy's quick wit and intelligence much sooner than Britney's..trashiness??

I've witnessed really stupid decisions that Britney's made. However I've also witnessed her say/do things, that are actually quite clever. If anything I believe she makes stupid decisions sometimes because she's been told what to do, guided and directed her entire life. She's never been able to learn herself through her own mistakes. She had to BE flawless ever since the Mickey Mouse Club. Once she had freedom, she started making the mistakes we make when were little.

I dont know. I laugh at Britney jokes but at the same time, it seems a bit unnecessary here to keep saying how stupid Britney Spears is when there's no joke. Comedy is one thing, but if you keep degrading someone's intelligence by a time in their life that was stressful it seems mean spirited, like she's mocking and not teasing. Plenty of comics have made fun of Britney but Kathy here seems to be nitpicking just for the sake of saying how much more intelligent she is than her. =/

I think Kathy if she was as "intelligent" as she claims to be or people claim her to be, should realize that not only does she sound like a complete moron for saying something like this about someone she clearly doesn't know. Britney/Michael they are both stars that didn't have a 'normal' childhood, you can't expect these artists to come out as you and I its not only unfair but really ignorant to think that. For me, if your intelligent I feel you shouldn't need to degrade someone to feel smart.

How can someone expect Britney Spears to be "intelligent" there are different types of intelligence and people claim intelligence differently. Britney Spears dropped out in grade 9 to pursue a career in singing. She was 15! how the fuck can people expect her to know shit that happens across the world when she is an entertainer, she is in a position that doesn't allow her to have a perspective of the world. However I do believe she is intelligent, she isnt a moron or idiot.
