How do you wholesale Short Sales without having to go to a typical closing or having a company name?

@webuy4cashny You won't necessarily need to perform the wholesale under the name of a company, but you will most likely need to close on the property and resell (double close or simul close). Most banks will not allow you to assign your contract.

You did good GQ. 1 quick point. Hand people a small flier or report
on how to avoid foreclosure. This way they will remember you, in case nothing happens with the mortgage company.
