In addition, Buddha would receive these Dhamma because in the time of this Buddha, Shakyamuni Gautoma Buddha's, there are plenty of people who are thieves. They would steal robes from Bikkhu and Bikkhuni or from Arahats, and would turn their robes into regular clothings of pants and shirts so that they may wear them.

That is the reason why Buddha allowed Bikkhu and Bikkhuni and Arahats, etc., to receive their robes having characteristics of Naga Field where they are separated in pieces. This kind of separations of monks' robes would deter the thieves from stealing their robes as it would make it very difficult for the thieves having to sew them together, making it very distinguishable by laypeople that they are thieves who stole monks' robes. So, Buddha found such Dhamma.

As for Maitreya Buddha, He will receive His robes having characteristics of the Fields of Prum because Prum's Fields do not have any trenches nor any kinds of water running through it.
