This is def. Bey. I remember here in chicago they played the Usher, JD, Bey, & Alicia version of this song all the time. I know it may not sound like her, but her voice has def grown and sounds bigger since this. Bey went from having a nice tone to the Diva voice! It doesn't sound like Solange. Even thought Solange has a weaker voice it still doesn't sound as good as this.

Yep, it's Beyonce. When it first came out they were playing in non-stop. There is another version with both her and Alicia on it with Usher. That's my favorite version. She is singing a 2nd soprano range on this because Keys sang the alto part. Usher is singing tenor. Maybe that's why people think it doesn't sound like her. She normally sings in alto range. But if you listen to her runs and all of that, they are her signature style. Anyway...it is her.
